FFCA Day At Camp 2019
8.30-9.15-doors locked for safeguarding
Registration & Warm up Games
9.15-9.20am
Welcome & introduction
(explain running of the day, coaches names,issue reporting, Evacuation Procedure)
9.25-10.15
Skill Session’s
(split into 2/3 groups and deliver skills sessions, focus on goals & fun games)
10.20-11am
SSG’s
(max 4v4-less players more touches-apply what was learned in sessions)
11am-11.15
Morning break and snack time
11.15-12.30
Multi Sports-(Focus on sports that are transferable to Football-handball,dodgeball,basketball etc)
12.30-13.15pm
Lunch
13.15pm-13.30pm
Warm up games

Packed Lunch-snacks-Drinks (no fizzy drinks)

8.30am-4pm £15 per day
